Preorder Policy

Tons of Pops may take preorders for products with future releases. Preorders will be announced by Tons of Pops via website or social media.Orders that have future products on it, will NOT ship until ALL products are in stock.

Preorder Delay

While we work hard to fulfill every preorder; allocation (cut on product) may occur, resulting in delayed fulfillment. This means that we will be receiving the preorder product at a later date.

pre order is to secure the product but it may take from 3 to 6 months depending on distributors and product. it could be shipped in any of the restock waves.

Preorder Cancellation

Tons of Pops may be forced to cancel a preorder for one of the 3 reasons:

• Item/Product no longer available.
• Item/Product is no longer in production.
• Extreme allocation from distributor.

If a customer wishes to cancel a preorder you will have 72 hours from the time the order is placed, after that time there will be a 25% cancellation fee of the total order amount.
